In an ever-increasing litigious society, it is critical that not for profit & mission-based organizations take action to preserve and protect their assets. Too often, not for profit & mission-based organizations retain all of their assets, ranging from real estate to investment accounts, in the same corporate entity they use to conduct their day-to-day operations.
