Obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status

We work with you to complete and submit the application for tax exemption on Form 1023 or 1024, and follow through with the IRS until a favorable determination letter is issued. We also work closely with clients to complete the appropriate state registration forms, including Form CO-1 and CO-2 with the Illinois Attorney General.
