Strategic planning

Establishing a strategic plan is an important responsibility for boards of directors of not for profit organizations. Our firm works with boards of directors to identify key aspects of their mission. We serve as facilitators in leading board discussions about establishing the ultimate goals for the organization, along with prioritizing the opportunities available to the organization.
