Carri Conlon is a formidable, seasoned litigator whose work is defined by a potent combination of fierce advocacy, thoughtful strategy and clear-eyed realism. Overview

The depth and breadth of Carri’s practice, and the notable number of diverse and complex cases she has handled, have imbued her with the deep insights and competitive advantages that only come from experience. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants alike in more than 600 cases, taken and defended over 500 depositions, participated in over 50 mediations/arbitrations and protected and advanced her clients’ interests in 15 trials. Additionally, Carri’s substantial amount of appellate work is not only impressive on its own but also helps her build records in the trial court that put her clients in the best possible position to either defend a positive result or challenge an adverse one.

Taking a hands-on approach that reflects her personal investment in securing the optimal outcome for her clients, Carri handles the full spectrum of commercial disputes, as well as probate litigation, financial services matters and regulatory compliance litigation, including representation in FINRA arbitration proceedings. She has appeared in cases from coast to coast in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, working closely and seamlessly with local counsel.

Carri’s well-earned reputation as a fierce advocate has made her the go-to litigator for some of the most consequential and complex matters the firm handles with her colleagues in other practice groups regularly turning to her for guidance. Not only do Carri’s fellow attorneys trust her sound judgment, but her clients also reap the benefits of her candid counsel and frequent communication that provides them with confidence and clarity throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Active in the firm’s committees, Carri has served as chair of Chuhak & Tecson’s Professional Education Committee and its Associate/Law Clerk Oversight Committee and was a member of the Litigation Committee. Additionally, Carri is a founding member of the firm’s award-winning Women Helping Women Program.
