Her adaptability and collaborative spirit make her well-suited for her role, as she works seamlessly with clients and colleagues to ensure that they have the information and documentation they need to accomplish their goals.

Overview

With a career-spanning interest and involvement in real estate law and transactions, Liz has a broad portfolio of responsibilities that extend throughout a deal’s lifecycle, including ordering and reviewing minutes of foreclosure, preparing draft settlement agreements and all documents needed for deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions, and coordinating closings for banking and other clients. Her corporate work includes preparing articles of incorporation, operating agreements and annual reports, as well as ordering and preparing UCC financing statements.

Prior to joining Chuhak & Tecson, Liz worked as an in-house paralegal for a mortgage company and property developer. She is a graduate of Roosevelt University’s paralegal studies program and is a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association.
