Although she has prepared and filed mountains of documents over the course of her career, Martinique understands that people, not paperwork, are at the center of her efforts.
Martinique’s ability to empathize with and anticipate the needs of individuals of all stripes and circumstances — from grieving family members to court clerks to representatives of large institutions — serves her well in her work on estate and trust administration and probate matters. Meticulously organized, she handles a broad spectrum of issues involved in managing, opening and closing complex estates, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
Demonstrably passionate about serving her community, Martinique is actively involved in several philanthropic and charitable endeavors, including those focused on the rights and rehabilitation of incarcerated individuals. She earned a Pre-Law Graduate Certificate, an Illinois Small Business Administration Certification and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Business from Chicago State University.
