Known and respected for her consistent diligence and high-quality work, Olivia assists attorneys with the full spectrum of documentation and due diligence involved in real estate transactions and closings, from title searches, commitments and objections to UCC searches to loan checklists, surveys and environmental reports. She also works with attorneys in the Estate Planning & Asset Protection group with their real estate transfer matters. She strives to ensure that all required documents are properly prepared and recorded, enabling closings to proceed efficiently and without avoidable delays.
Olivia’s work ethic, intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly master new skills and responsibilities are reflected in her journey at Chuhak & Tecson from legal assistant to paralegal. No matter the task she is given, Olivia can be counted on to get the job done.
Olivia earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Robert Morris University.
