Sarah’s broad portfolio of responsibilities encompasses assisting attorneys with the full spectrum of documentation and due diligence involved in financing and real estate transactions, from title searches, commitments and objections to UCC searches to loan checklists and closings to surveys, zoning and environmental reports. She also works with attorneys in the Estate Planning & Asset Protection group with their real estate transfer matters as well as with the attorneys in the Corporate practice to draft entity certificates and organizational documents, file annual reports and form new entities.
Always open to learning and expanding her skill sets, Sarah is a self-starter and personable colleague who laid the foundation for her paralegal career while working as a real estate title agent and closing manager. That experience handling a broad spectrum of deals and a high work volume benefits her clients and colleagues today, all of whom have the utmost confidence that Sarah will take care of their important matters with the diligence, attentiveness and care they deserve.
Sarah received her B.A. degree in Communication and Psychology from George Mason University in Virginia.
