Summer Internships

Our professional staff believes that giving college students the chance to work in a law firm and the corporate setting it provides is a practical tool for making informed career decisions and enhances the balance of time these students spend in school. Up to four collegians, often but not always referred by our clients and attorneys, are hired each spring to work June through mid-August. Summer interns are assigned hands-on projects and responsibilities mutually beneficial to their own education and to the firm's workload. It's win-win all around.

The hiring process for summer internships generally begins in February, and we target spring break as the time when interviews are scheduled. Candidates should direct their cover letter and resume, as well as any questions, to or 120 S. Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606-3911. Candidates who gain an interview should be prepared to share samples of two successful school projects (including objectives and final results) in which they were instrumental.
