Martin J. Crowley is an attorney in the Banking group. He concentrates his practice on assisting financial institutions with their transactional and litigation-based legal needs. He helps secured and unsecured lenders protect their interests in a variety of banking matters including vehicle forfeitures, residential and commercial foreclosures, and Uniform Commercial Code disputes.

Overview

During his time as a paralegal and then a law clerk at the firm, Martin began building his legal experiences through everyday practical applications of the law. As an attorney, he has come to know that client service is providing consistent, reliable and responsive attention that helps clients address and prevent potential issues before they arise, while assisting them in reaching beneficial resolutions in an efficient manner.

Utilizing the team atmosphere of the Banking group and his natural curiosity of the banking industry, he is dedicated to building on his knowledge through continued professional development. Martin currently serves on Chuhak & Tecson’s Associate/Law Clerk Oversight Committee.

In his free time, Martin enjoys watching Chicago sports, specifically the White Sox, and appreciates spending time with family, friends and taking his dog, Rizzo, on long walks along Chicago’s lakefront trail. He enjoys golfing, reading, cooking and supporting new and long-standing restaurants around the city.
