Adam Beattie is a principal at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., where he focuses his practice on litigation and condominium and common interest community association law. Adam came to Chuhak & Tecson in 2011. Prior to joining Chuhak & Tecson, Adam ran his own practice where he focused on landlord and tenant disputes.

Adam works closely with his litigation clients to find practical solutions to their problems both in and out of court. He dedicates himself to fully understanding his client's needs and working to achieve them, whether by a negotiated settlement, arbitration or trial. Adam's litigation experience includes breach of contract, trademark disputes, internal business disputes, landlord and tenant litigation (RLTO), commercial evictions, products liability defense and trust and trustee litigation.

Additionally, Adam works with the other attorneys of the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association practice group to represent condominium associations in litigating collection matters, enforcing the declaration and rules of the association and providing counsel and advice to board members in the exercise of their duties and obligations to the association. Adam is dedicated to helping the associations he works with protect themselves and their board members from those members of their communities who fail to live up to their responsibilities as unit owners. He currently serves as a member of Chuhak & Tecson's Technology Committee and was previously a member of both the Recruitment and Associate/Law Clerk Oversight Committees.
