We are experienced in representing our clients in the administration of guardianship estates, as well as in contested estates. Our attorneys have a wide range of experience in all types of guardianship litigation from competency disputes, contested hearings, representation and defense of appointment of guardians to claims of breach of fiduciary duty and undue influence. We can assist you with the investigation and collection of assets, as well as with disputes concerning assets.
The attorneys in the Estate & Trust Administration & Litigation Group at Chuhak & Tecson include attorneys who previously worked for the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian and who currently act as Guardian Ad Litems in guardianship estates.
