My time at Chuhak & Tecson has been invaluable, personally and professionally. As an associate to multiple teams, I can attest to the firm’s consistent support of, and dedication to, its team members. The environment exudes community, trust and a commitment to excellence, which encourages ingenuity. This encouragement both keeps me going and gives my work meaning, which is a precious combination .
– Adrienne Arlan, Litigation Associate

Working for Chuhak & Tecson has been transformative for me. What stands out is the way in which our leadership truly embraces an open-door policy – it’s not just words on paper. There is a level of accessibility that creates a genuine culture of collaboration where suggestions aren’t just collected, they’re valued and very often implemented. In an era where many organizations simply talk about employee empowerment, our firm demonstrates it daily through its actions. This authentic approach to inclusivity and open communication has shown me what a truly people-first workplace looks like. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that doesn’t just preach values – it lives them.
– Donna Blair, Administrative Clerk

Eighteen years ago, after raising my children, I came back into the workforce, with Chuhak & Tecson offering me the opportunity I was looking for. I began as the firm’s receptionist – a wonderful position that allowed me to get to know my colleagues and to meet and greet all the firm’s visitors. I found it to be a very friendly environment and a place where I was encouraged to grow. After three years I was offered the position of Collection Clerk with the Condominium practice and then, over time, I’ve had several position changes and promotional opportunities. I have also served on many firm committees — Women Helping Women, FunFitnessFilanthropy and the Diversity & Inclusion Council, allowing me to experience the many ways that Chuhak supports its clients and promotes inclusion and opportunities for its employees. My colleagues have become my friends and my second family. Eighteen years ago, I could never have imagined how a law firm would change my life in so many wonderful ways — and I will be forever grateful.
– Denise Ziemba, Accounts Payable Clerk

I was drawn to Chuhak & Tecson for the opportunities it offered – opportunities to learn from seasoned attorneys, opportunities to grow my own practice with the resources the firm had available and opportunities to grow with a like-minded team of attorneys with similar career goals.
– Jeff Heller, Corporate Principal

Since joining Chuhak & Tecson, I have found a place that understands the importance of work-life balance. Having the flexibility of working from home, combined with the ability to produce the same high-quality work I produce in the office, not only demonstrates the trust the firm places in its employees but also fosters a sense of being valued both professionally and personally. I have learned a lot in my time here and continue to enjoy working with Attorneys who mentor me so that I can deliver the quality product that they expect. I have worked at firms where this type of support was not provided. When we all work together as one team, with one outcome, we shine. This demonstrates a quality of work that our clients have come to expect.
– Jacqueline Navarro, Legal Assistant
