Chuhak & Tecson adds associate Thomas Calascibetta

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is pleased to announce that the firm welcomes associate Thomas Calascibetta to its Corporate Transactions & Business Law practice group.

Calascibetta focuses his practice on counseling businesses on a variety of corporate governance, compliance, contractual and employment matters. Tom also has considerable experience advising clients in numerous types of real estate transactions in both the commercial and residential sectors, including developments, purchases, sales, exchanges and leases. Calascibetta received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University.
