Putting her clients at ease and listening closely to their concerns and goals, Jill prepares plans that provide them with security and peace of mind.
With a background as a certified public accountant, Jill is particularly well-suited to developing tax-advantaged strategies in her estate planning efforts as well as in her preparation of estate and gift tax returns. In her estate and trust administration practice, she endeavors to wrap up affairs efficiently and expeditiously, preserving and distributing as much wealth as possible for beneficiaries and ensuring that a decedent’s intentions are realized. Those charged with the often unfamiliar duties and responsibilities involved in being a trustee or executor rely on Jill’s transparent guidance and responsive communication to help them fulfill their obligations with clarity and confidence.
In her estate planning and administration practice, Jill also has experience advising clients on strategic business planning and working with nonprofit entities on tax and financial matters. She is a past chair of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and served as their corporate counsel. In 2018, Jill was honored with the Athena Award for her professional accomplishments, mentoring of young leaders and devotion to community endeavors.
