Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. represented a charitable foundation that was the beneficiary of a $7 million estate. The decedent's nieces and nephews filed a will contest challenging the decedent's mental capacity to create a will and arguing undue influence in procurement of said will. Chuhak & Tecson represented the charitable foundation, had three of four counts dismissed, and ultimately settled the case for a fraction of the original demand, thus preserving the foundation in perpetuity.
